1. Background

ခေါင်စို (Khongso) လူမျိုးနွယ်စုသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ချင်းပြည်နယ်အတွင်း နေထိုင်လာခဲ့သော လူမျိုးနွယ်စုတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။

အပြင်ပညာရှင်များနှင့် ဘာသာဗေဒဆိုင်ရာ မှတ်တမ်းများတွင် ခေါင်စိုဘာသာစကားကို

တစ်မျိုးတည်းအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားသော အခြေအနေများရှိနေပါသည်။

သို့သော် လက်ရှိခေါင်စိုလူထုအတွင်းတွင်

ဘာသာစကားအသုံးအနှုန်း၊ အသံထွက်နှင့် လူမှုအသုံးပြုမှုအပေါ် မူတည်၍

ဘာသာစကားအမျိုးအစား ၂ မျိုးကို ခွဲခြားသဘောတူလက်ခံထားကြောင်း

လူထုအတွင်း၌ ကျယ်ပြန့်စွာ လက်ခံထားပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

ဤစာတမ်းကို ခေါင်စိုလူထု၏ အတွင်းရေးအမြင်ကို

မှန်ကန်စွာ မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ရေးသားထားပါသည်။

. Background 

The Khongso people are an ethnic community residing in Chin State, Myanmar.

In several external linguistic and academic sources, the Khongso language has been described as a single language variety.

However, within the Khongso community itself, there is a widely shared understanding that two distinct language varieties exist, based on differences in speech forms, usage, and community recognition.

This document is created to formally record the internal community perspective and to present it as a reference for language documentation and research.

2. Community Position

ဘာသာစကားအပေါ် လူထုသဘောထား။

Language varieties ဘယ်လိုသဘောတူထားလဲ။

ခေါင်စိုလူထုအတွင်း သဘောတူထားသော အမြင်မှာ—

ခေါင်စိုလူမျိုးအတွင်း ဘာသာစကားအသုံးအနှုန်း ၂ မျိုး(ခေါင်စိုလူမျိုးကိုယ်စားပြုအဆန်(ခေါင်စို)ဘာသာစကားနှင့် ခေါင်စိုလူမျိုးကိုယ်စားပြု ခေါင်စိုဘာသာစကား) ရှိသည်ဟု သဘောတူထားကြသည်။

ယင်းဘာသာစကားအမျိုးအစားများကို လူထုအတွင်း အပြန်အလှန် နားလည်သုံးစွဲနေကြသည်။

အဆိုပါ ခွဲခြားသဘောထားသည် လူထု၏ လက်ရှိအသုံးအနှုန်းနှင့် အလေ့အကျင့်အပေါ် အခြေခံထားခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။

ဤအမြင်သည် ပြင်ပမှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော classification များနှင့် မတူကွဲပြားနိုင်ပါသည်။

ဤသဘောထားသည် လူတစ်ဦးချင်း၏ အမြင်မဟုတ်ဘဲ

ခေါင်စိုလူထုအတွင်း အများစုက လက်ခံထားသော သဘောတူညီချက်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Community Position .

The Khongso community shares the following understanding:

There are two recognized language varieties within the Khongso community

These varieties are mutually understood and actively used within the community

The distinction is based on lived linguistic practice rather than external classification

This community perspective may differ from classifications found in external academic or linguistic databases

This position reflects a collective community understanding, not an individual opinion.

3. Purpose.

ဤ Community Agreement ကို—

ခေါင်စိုလူထု၏ ဘာသာစကားအမြင်ကို မှတ်တမ်းတင်ရန်

Linguists နှင့် researchers များအတွက် community-based reference အဖြစ် အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန်

ISO 639, Glottolog နှင့် အခြား language documentation projects များအတွက်

လူထုအမြင်ကို သိရှိစေရန်

ရည်ရွယ်၍ ရေးသားထားပါသည်။

Purpose .

This agreement is intended to:

Document the Khongso community’s own understanding of their language

Serve as a community-authored reference for linguists and researchers

Contribute community perspectives to language documentation efforts, including ISO 639 and Glottolog.

သည့်အားလျော်စွာ လူမျိုးခွဲခြားပြောဆိုကြခြင်း၊
လွဲမှားစွာဆက်ဆံခြင်း၊လွဲမှားစွာသုံနှုန်းခြင်း၊လွဲမှားစွာပြုမူခြင်းကိုနောက်နောင်လုံးဝရှောင်ကြဉ်သွားကြမည်ဟု သဘောတူညီကြပါသည်။
(ဃ)အချင်းချင်းဖြစ်ပွါးကြသော(လူမျိုးခွဲခြားပြောဆိုခဲ့မှု၊ခေါင်စိုစာပေဖေါ်ထုတ်ရေးကိုဖြစ်စေ၊ အဆန်(ခေါင်စို)စာပေဖေါ်ထုတ်ရေးကိုဖြစ်စေ ဟန့်တားကန့်ကွက်ခဲ့မှု)ကိစ္စရပ်များအား ဤသဘောတူစာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုသည့်နေ့ရက်မှစ၍ တဘက်ဘက်မှတည်ဆဲဥပဒေတစ်ရပ်ရပ်ဖြင့် တရားရုံးသို့ တရားစွဲဆိုခြင်း၊အုပ်ချုပ်ရေးအဖွဲ့သို့
တိုင်တန်းခြင်း တစုံတရာကိုမျှ နောက်ကြောင်းပြန် လုံးဝမပြုလုပ်ကြတော့ပါဟုသဘောတူညီကြပါ
သည်။

များကို တိုင်ကြားသည့်ကိစ္စရပ် လူမှုရေးအရ
ဖြေရှင်းပြေငြိမ်းကြပြီးဖြစ်၍ပြန်လည်ရုပ်သိမ်းပေးသွားရန် သဘောတူညီပါသည်။
(စ)ပြေငြိမ်းခြင်းအထိမ်းအမှတ်အဖြစ်ခေါင်စိုလူမျိုးထုံးတမ်းဓလေ့အရ ဦးထန်းလောင်နှင့် အဖွဲ့မှ 
ဦးကျော်ကျော်နှင့်အဖွဲ့သို့ မျက်နှာဖြေ
(ဝက်တစ်ကောင်နှင့်ငွေငါးသောင်းကျပ်) ပေးကမ်းမျက်နှာဖြေသွားကြရန်သဘောတူညီကြပါသည်။
